We invite you to take part in encouraging future scientists and engineers by judging at the Synopsys Science and Technology Championship science fair on March 14th from 11 AM to 5 PM at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, South Hall. The Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair Association (SCVSEFA) has been managing an annual regional science fair, with the hard work of thousands of volunteers over the past 60 years. Our mission is "To awaken more students to the wonder and power of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)." We need judges in all fields of science and technology.

At this year's event, more than 800 students in grades six to twelve, attending schools in Santa Clara County, will demonstrate their research projects. These young enthusiastic students are the very scientists, engineers and technical specialists that high-tech and biotech industries will depend on in a few short years, to push forward cutting-edge advances.

Please join us to share your passion for science and technology, in support of the next generation of local innovators! There are many opportunities to volunteer, and it all starts with just one afternoon as a Category Judge!

By March 1st, to register as a judge go to:
