Mission Statement

To utilize the talent and availability of community volunteers who are computer literate and who wish to assist their favorite, local nonprofit agency in their never ending quest for funds by helping them with their grant writing and research.

Description

Through its various locations and online, Grants To You provides very low cost training in grant writing and research to volunteers who are computer literate, who have a strong interest in supporting their community and who have the time to devote to the completion of projects assigned by their designated non-profit agency(s).

As a result of this training, the Grants To You class serves to enhance and help fulfill the lives of volunteers and in addition provides the opportunity for "community service credits" and knowledge tools to students.

They never responded to my helping or needed me. I can get that attention anywhere in life. I go where I'm wanted, not ignored.

Grants To You has been helping communities throughout the U.S. by providing training to volunteers only who want to assist their favorite, local nonprofit with their grant research and writing. Since 2002 over 840 volunteers have graduated from GTU classes and $1.5 million won so far. With the addition of online classes, GTU is now available 24/7 to volunteers everywhere.

I think grant writing is a very needed activity for not-for-profit organisations and I am happy to volunteer my services around the community for doing grant writing or research. I have always wanted to learn how to do grant writing.
